Outlook calendar grid lines disappeared

Last night my iPhone updated to 18.1.1
Now my calendar grid lines have disappeared. I've read up on it, said it was the contrast, but I can't seem to get it back.
Any ideas please?

This looks like the iPhone calendar app rather than Outlook?
Where were the lines before? Mine has lines underneath items when I view in "list" option.

Yes, you are right, sorry, how silly of me. It is!
Mine still has lines, between it when in list.
But this is the month view, the default, and it used to have lines , grid lines, between the days. To differentiate them. Make them more separated. Well, I think it did. I'm sure they did. And I want that back.

Please do you know how?

I don't think there were ever vertical grid lines. I wasn't sure so I just looked up some older user video guides on youtube and it looks the same as now.

Oh ok, sorry. It just looks like it's changed, the month view. Not as defined.
