DDs laptop (Acer) won’t let her sign in. It states it needs a Family Access Code.
I have downloaded the app for this but everytime I type in the code I have it says it is incorrect.
All I can find online is to check the clocks on both devices - both are showing the same time.
What else can I do?
And, if I ever get this issue resolved, how do I delink her from the whole family thing? She’s 13 now and I don’t feel she needs to be on the family group anymore.
