Hi there, I set up an Amazon account on my mum’s behalf a few years ago. She has been using this absolutely fine, and has been subscribing to Kindle unlimited. Recently she lost her debit card, and we had to apply for a new one, which she received, and I updated her Amazon account with the new details. Unfortunately, Kindle Unlimited was stopped while she didn’t have a new card number, and now Amazon are asking me to confirm my mum‘s details on her mobile banking app. Well, she doesn’t have a mobile banking app, so I am at a loss about what to do to get her reinstated with Kindle unlimited. My mum is 93, and love her books! I wonder if anybody could help me please? Thank you very much.
