How do I copy all my posts from a thread?

I wrote a journal on a forum and would like to save the thread to keep as a document. It's about 90 pages (including other users' replies) so would take ages to copy each page individually. Does anyone know how to export the whole thread please?

You need to give more details. What is the forum. Are you android windows iOS?
