I changed my phone (upgrade) but kept the same sim. Since then I haven’t been able to reinstate my WhatsApp account. I put in my phone number, tap continue, and instead of sending me a code it takes me to the terms and conditions page with nothing to take me further. I have contacted WhatsApp twice but they haven’t responded.
