Camera for streaming birds

I have a hugely active bird feeder. I am looking for an indoor camera to sit on my windowsill and stream the bird feeder online. It can be wired as I have a plug near the window. It would need to be muted as it is indoors. I don't want to spend a fortune. Anyone know of any reasonable priced ones?

@WineLovingGardener Did you ever find one? I’ve been looking at smart bird feeders for a relative who will be couch-bound for a while but not sure.
