Help pls its urgent

Pls I have just got an email to attend a meeting for work. But I don't know how to navigate this- how do confirm I will be attending pls. See the photo attached

Has it appeared in your Microsoft calendar so you can accept it?
Do you have Microsoft Teams on your computer/laptop?

If it's an email you are expecting, I would click on the download button and then hopefully that will turn into a calendar entry with options to attend or not

Looks like there’s already a link to the Teams meeting so I would just click on that (assuming you’ve been told the date and time!). If you already have Teams it should be on your calendar as well.

I was able to confirm my attendance at the meeting by tapping on the calendar on my iPhone.

However, when I try to do the same on my HP laptop, clicking on the calendar opens a page as if I’m trying to save a document. I’m not sure why it’s not giving me the same option as my phone. It might be that my laptop needs an update, but I’m unable to do that myself. 🤦🏾‍♀️🙄
