Question about Instagram likes

Hello wise people. I've noticed recently on Instagram that when I view other people's posts, it now says "Liked by DaintyYellowShoes and others", when it used to say "Liked by DaintyYellowShoes and 350 others". Is there any way to reverse this change please? I love encouraging and supporting small/new accounts in my niche area, and this now takes the extra effort of viewing people's profiles to see whether they've got one hundred or one million supporters.

Likewise, I used to love that you could sort by 'most recent' when following a hashtag. This meant that you could see posts by tiny (interesting) accounts as much as posts by big (bland) accounts. Don't suppose there's any way to reverse this change too?

Please and thank you. Also please. And thank you.

Its the person/account posting that has chosen to hide their ‘like’ count. There’s nothing you can do to see it.

But it's now the case for every single post by every single person I view, so clearly not due to individual choice.
