Tablet advice needed

I am a massage therapist currently I do my consultations inperson on paper forms.
I would like to start doing them on a tablet.
The software is fine know best ones etc.
But I would need to buy a tablet with stylus (so client can sign) and I dont want to spend loads of money.
Any ideas about which tablets would be suitable, happy to buy refurbished but not second hand from an individual.
Don't need it for anything else.

If you know the software you want to use, I'd check the operating system requirements for it, it will probably say iOs minimum X and Android minimum Y.

Then only consider tablets that are compatible.
