Which laptop?

I have £600 to spend on a Windows laptop. Could spend a bit more if necessary.

Sick to death of running out of disk space. I have a huge music collection and thousands of photos but I'm not tech savvy at all and need to know how much storage and RAM I should go for.

Also where would be the best place to ask advice for newbies regarding how to back everything up, do I need to delete previous back ups etc?

I'm using an Asus Notebook E203M 4gb RAM and I think 64GB storage. I am unable to move much to my Sandisk pen drive as I'm told it's not supported.

I guess I'm looking for a good few years of no problems. I don't play any games.
Any opinions on what you would buy please? I'm overwhelmed with all that's out there.
Thank you. Smile

Meant to add that I'm in hospital waiting for an op to hopefully go ahead today and that's why I've been awake scrolling most of the night. My brain is fried!
Really hoping someone can help as I want to send my husband on a shopping mission so that I can enjoy setting everything up once I'm home next week.
Thanks for reading.

Minimum specs for me would be an intel i5 or equivalent, 16 gb of ram, 256 GB of disk, but with a micro SD slot. You can get a 512 GB micro SD for £30 and can use it for backups and buy as many as you need.

That should give you a good few years of usage.
