Can anyone suggest a photo editing app for an iPhone that is free, please? I'd like to photoshop some people from the background of a photograph. Thank you!

You can try Adobe photoshop fix but you need a Creative Cloud account to use it. Also there is a desktop software Photoworks that also removes people from photos smoothly and imo doing it on a bigger screen is more convenient. There is an iOS version of it as well.
