Every day for the last 2 weeks I have received at least one verification request for someone trying to gain access to my WhatsApp

I've deleted all the requests I have 2 step verification on WhatsApp and I check regularly for linked devices
Just seems someone is very determined to get access to what I promise you is very tame info !
The advice on WhatsApp is that they can't trace the requests and just to make sure I don't give them the code or click the link sent
Anyone else have this and does anyone have any advice ?
