My daughters phone is unable to receive incoming calls. When someone calls it says 'you've dialled an incorrect number' however, number is correct as she is able to make calls on the same number we are dialling.
I've switched sim card into another phone but still having the same problem.
New sim been delivered today and has been activated but still having the same problem.
Is there some sort of setting on her phone she might have accidentally put on which has stopped her receiving incoming calls?
Mobile network doesn't know what the problem is. All they asked is for me to clean the sim and restart phone 🙄
