Zero data phone contract

Does anyone know of a phone contract that just does phone calls and SMS messages, but with no data allowance?
I need a phone to have no access to the Internet except via a WiFi connection.
I can't find anything listed by the main suppliers.

Just get a basic contract & set phone to
No data roaming
WiFi only

Most contracts come with a free amount of calls, SMS, data

Or buy SIM only & top up as you need to ?

Sky had a contract that was unlimited calls and texts and only 100MB data, depends on your reasons for not wanting data but you couldn't do very much with 100MB.

I think you'd need to turn off mobile data rather than data roaming. That's what my phone needs anyway.

Other option is to get a basic phone that isn't able to access the internet

Get a new Nokia dumb phone and buy calls each month like we used to before contracts and smart phones. I've been thinking about doing that because my game playing and doom scrolling is reaching a silly level.
