We have had a kindle fire for years and found it the other day. We cannot remember the password or code to get into it. It keeps saying we can get into it to reset through Lock Screen but it doesn't work. It won't connect to wifi, each time we try it just says to put in password which we don't know. I'm loosing my mind. Any ideas before I launch it out the window and buy an iPad instead?
