A smartphone .... Looking for something for my technophobe mother, that's easy to use, biggish screen, and most important - a screen that can't have functions turned off or on easily (for example, mute, airplane mode etc). She currently uses a Nokia, but honestly I'm driven around the bend by her somehow managing to turn off the sound etc and not know that she's done it, deleting apps and claiming she didn't it, she thinks the phone is working against her .... So I'm looking for something easy enough to use, not expensive as it'll likely need replaced when she loses it, and must be able to use "the YouTube" so that she can watch videos of dogs farting and looking surprised.
