I'm a technophobe, can anyone help?
Started a new job, WFH. Got given a laptop and a dongle which worked great for a few days.
Today it prompted me to set up Face ID on the laptop which I did. But now my dongle light has gone solid red when it's been green before.
As far as I know I'm connected to my own home WIFI, would I still need a dongle? Or would I still need a dongle for a secure connection because it's for work?
