Screen time for 15 year olds

Hi, my son is 15 and if he’s not at the gym or with his friends, he is in his bed, on his phone for the majority of the day. Or playing on his PS5.
He is on school holidays at the moment - six weeks (we’re in Aus).
He works, one to three shifts a week, for four hours. He is not out with friends every day.
Do most of you have screen limits? If so, what are they?
we do use screen time via his iPhone, but I think he is somehow hacking this.
Any advice would be great,
Thanks

Screen limits for a 15 year old is a bit over the top, especially considering he works/goes to gym/still sees friends. This is how this age group socialise now.

If he’s working and generally being a decent teenager I don’t think he needs limits. He’s 15, not 3.

It’s obviously not consuming his life as he has hobbies and a social life, so I’d just let him get on with it tbh.

That’s what he said to us 😅
I just hate seeing him on his screen for maybe two days in a row all day, minus one for the gym.
different times.
What would you suggest for a 13 year old? His brother is so hard to prize off too.
