Hi - wondering if anyone has had this problem. I think Family Link parental control software may be exacerbating it so i may have more chance of finding help on a parenting forum...
My daughter is getting a persistent 'Google Play Services keeps stopping' error message on her phone and no apps will open, including Google Play Store so I can't try reinstalling or updating anything.
I've gone through various help things and all come down to factory reset device.
But I can't. Normal factory reset option is disabled, the hard factory reset option is also disabled - it doesn't appear on the Recovery options menu. And I can't reset via Family Link, presumably because it's an app and therefore isn't working. All I've succeeded in doing is making the device no longer appear on my own Family Link app.
Any ideas?
