So apps are not working when I'm on WiFi. Apps being things like bbc news, jet2... They work fine on 4G. The problem is the same on my mobile, dh's, ds's tablet... Work laptop is working fine, Internet works on TV, websites work. Have tried router off and on. Reinstalling apps. What the heck?

Call your internet service provider. Ask them if they can connect to your router.

It maybe that the wifi to your router is working ie showing signal strength, but the internet connection beyond that is down. Do an on line service status check or speak to your provider.

I get this regularly on my Samsung mobile. I discovered that the phone goes into power saving mode without telling me and shuts down lots of apps, without telling me which ones. To rectify I:

Go into Power Mode.
Select Maximum Power Saving.
Let the phone go through the process of limiting CPU speed etc.
Go back into Power Mode.
Select Optimised.
This resets the phone's normal power usage,CPU speed etc and on mine at least, restores the app usage.

Good luck.

Seems unlikely that 3 devices would do this at once. I had better try to speak to the Internet company. Dammit.

Work laptop and TV has connectivity to the internet, so that's up and running.

I'd potentially try refreshing connections back from devices back to router. I've had this before when internet provider has had DNS server issues at their end.

The other thing to check is that the devices aren't being blocked by the router. You need to check this through the router management front end, through your browser (should be instructions online for your router(.

I've randomly had this before, where for whatever reason, my phone was being blocked.
