So I have Gmail and my work email on my iPhone.
I don't really understand how it all works but I do know that when I delete something on my phone, it deletes it everywhere.
Particularly with gmail I file lots of emails as it's 'unlimited' in the cloud - but obviously this is now impacting my phone.
Same with my work emails - I don't need copies of everything on my phone, I'd be quite happy to log into the account of my laptop to dig out really old things - but I do need to manage it day to day.
Any advice on how I can streamline on the phone without deleting stuff I might need later??
Or should I just invest the time on the laptop cleaning both mailboxes which I presume should have a knock on effect onto the phone??
Any tips / apps I can use to make this process quicker and / or ongoing???
