Is there a way of seeing if there is spyware on your phone?

It helps if we know who you think is spying on you, because unlike a PC there isn't a generic way to check for viruses & spyware.

If you think this is the Pegasus spyware (usually, but not always, used by nation-state actors) there is a toolkit here to check: https://docs.mvt.re/en/latest/index.html

If you are not comfortable using a DOS prompt, or Unix command line (if on mac) you might need to get someone who is technically minded to help.

If you think this is just someone you know tracking you, take a look at your installed apps and just remove any you don't recognise.
