How do I check for spyware on android

I was hoping to get some advice how to check my phone for spyware. Its a Samsung z flip. I can't Google for specific reasons. Thank you so much.

There isn't any easy way to do it. Because android is so locked down compared to Windows, no one can really make anti-virus software for it. The best they might be able to do is make an app that checks the apps you have installed against a list to see if any of them are spyware.

It should be pretty hard to get spyware on a phone these days unless someone with the phone in their hand put it there. What makes you think you have spyware?
