I've got a 2 month old Quest 2 and thought I'd paired it to the meta app on my phone but it seems to say I haven't (though the app has a 3 star rating as it doesn't seem to work very well).
This wasn't an issue until I needed to un-pair controllers as one of them isn't working. Apparently you need to re-pair them and Dan only do this by pairing the headset to go into the correct settings.
It's saying if we can't park then we have to factory reset but we don't want to factory reset as they gave free games with the purchase and we don't want to have to restart everything and lose all the progress. I'm quite disappointed this has happened after just 2 months and don't want to have to keep doing this.
Can anyone help me with this? I’ve checked it's not the batteries and can only think we need to do this pairing-unpairing thing.
