Fivver is your best bet, but just so you know up front, there are somethings you are going to need to pay for on an ongoing basis.

1.) Domain name: you need to pay for the name of your website eg. "mumsnet.com". This will be set to point to the computer on the internet that your website is on. This is about £10/year.
2.) A VPS to run the site on: This is a small computer permanently connected to the internet that your website runs on. The more traffic you're getting, the bigger it will need to be, but it can start from about £5/month.

Out of curiosity why are you set on Wordpress? A wordpress site does take a bit of technical knowledge to keep running. Wix or Squarespace require much less technical knowledge.

What do you want the website to do?

If it's to advertise a trade (electrician, plumber etc), to run an information site, or a blog, then Wordpress is very easy to work with out-the-box yourself, without having to spend money on someone else.

If you're looking to start your own shop, then again, Wordpress offers this also pretty easily, it takes a little more time and knowledge, but is still easy enough to accomplish yourself after watching a few tutorials.
