Lost access to aol and yahoo

Cut a long story short. My toddler threw phone-in pond it broke and I had two step authentication on both email accounts. I can't log in one without the other. Tried ringing usa number they can't help as I'm from UK. Now I'm getting the sorry this account has no options on file to sign in try again randomly. My phone is still connected and verified so no one can get in without my mobile but any advice or experiences similar please?

Hey, exactly the same happened to me. I lost access and couldn't reset my password. I've emailed and complained and done every thing I can but never got it back. The tech support that emailed said there was nothing more he could do and that I would just have to accept that it was lost 😮. So annoying but I eventually had to give up and start a new email account. NOT with AOL this time

Does the 2step authentication use your phone number ?

If so you can get a replacement sim with the same number and use in a new phone.

If you've saved passwords on the Google or bing password fu cation that should be carried over onto any device you use
