Phone or adult smart watch with no games

I'm recovering from internet addiction & downgraded to a Nokia 105. However I've found I'm becoming very distracted by the snake game at work. I'm awaiting counselling for my addiction. Is there any phone or smart watch designed for adults which doesn't have access to games? I need to be contacted by phone and text throughout the working day so not having a phone isn't an option & my work don't have any spare work phones to give me.

Could you use something like a Garmin Forerunner 245. It receives texts and notifies about calls but is basically a GPS watch with basic smart functions (notifications).

Thanks. Do you know if it has to be linked up to a Smartphone as I'm not able to own one?

I honestly don't know although I think the notifications come through an app on the phone side - as the notifications are Bluetooth based.

However it is possible that some of the more expensive sports and GPS watches that focus on sport rather than lifestyle might have an integrated SIM and work independently. But I'd look at sports watches to avoid games and see if any have mobile connectivity
