I’ve had problems with my phone and the internet/WiFi all week. It says it’s connected to WiFi and data is switched on - but trying to use any internet and it’s massively massively slow and certain apps won’t load at all.
I’ve tried a network re set and a new sim and this hasn’t worked. Before doing a full factory re set I tried logging into tunnel bear and weirdly, it came up as trying to connect to Ireland. I let it connect to Ireland and now my data is working fine (still no wifi though)
Does anyone know why this would be?? Why when I use a vpn can I access data normally but without it’s incredibly slow??
I will take the phone to an apple shop when I get a chance but if anyone has any ideas I’d be all ears. I did update 16.4.1 last week and possible around the time the issues started (can’t remember exactly)
