Hi there, I am currently suffering with brain fog, and anxiety (a heady mix!) and have just been alerted by my iphone that a lot of my accounts have been breached.
It has also highlighted where I have reused the same one.
How the heck are you meant to remember a different password for each?
I could put them all on a sticky on my desktop but that doesn't seem very safe.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

iPhone saves them all for you though, so you don’t have to remember. If they weren’t saved I’d never find them, although I do also have a few saved under the reminders thing. Safer than a sticky.

Adding a number and a symbol to a word, along with having a capital, makes it super hard for passwords to be guessed. Some Tech guy on TT did a video on it but I can’t remember the statistics about hackers cracking passwords without a number & symbol.

ahh yes, iphone does remember, but laptop doesn't for some reason. I use a selection of of exclamation marks and question marks already, but then can never remember what i used.
I wonder if there is an app that can do it all for me?

Just save the password in keychain on your phone, and if you want to log in on your PC, you can look up the password on your phone.

DH works in finance and their tech team's new advice is that long word strings are actually easier to remember and harder to crack than shorter words with number symbol replacements. So, "birminghampurplecheesedogchampionship" is more secure than "B1rm1ngh4m!" for eg.
Seems bizarre to me, but that's what they've said!

Chrome saves all my passwords for me.

Use something like Bitwarden (app for iPhone) and an extension for Chrome etc on our PC. All you have to remember is your master password and it will remember the rest and also offer suggestions for complex hard-to-Hack ones.

Thanks @weathervane1 that sounds just what I’m after! 🙏🙏🙏
