Bloody Microsoft Bing (Marquis) has taken over Chrome

Hi there
I have noticed this morning that my Chrome browser is defaulting to Bing or Marquis. I have looked for extensions and there is no visible Bing extension in the settings. I have deleted Bing from my preferred browsers in settings (despite never adding it) and logged out of my account. Deleted cookies from the last 24 hours when I think it happened. Not sure now what to do other than do a factory reset.
Any ideas?
Thank you!

Make sure all the file associations for anything Webby are set to chrome. This happened to me a few weeks ago and eventually that did the trick.
