I find wrangling phones and tablets endlessly frustrating. And I know I'm not the only person baffled.
Today's frustration. I have a Samsung phone and my daughter has a Samsung tablet. I control her tablet via family link. She wants word on her tablet so I logged in to my Microsoft account, but it says it wants us to pay a monthly subscription to Microsoft 365. But the family link controls mean I cannot set up the payment. And the "ask your parent for permission" Button doesn't send any messages to my phone.
If I walk round to Currys is this the sort of problem they'd help us with?
