iPhone upgrade

Want to replace an iPhone 7, but not for a 'fancy' phone. Looking to spend around 150-200 (second hand) any suggestions please..needs to be an iPhone though.

I upgraded this summer from an iphone 6 to a refurbished iphone 10 (was called something different, but was the generation between the 9 and the 11). The shop did the transfer of data and setup for me, and I have been happy with it so far.
