Hi everyone, I wonder if there is anybody out there who could help me with a particular problem that I am having please? My mum has a sky account, but her current cordless phones will not accept any answerphone messages, and Sky have said it is because of the lack of the answerphone facility on the actual phone, which means that the messages can be left on the phone.
I am trying without success to find a compatible cordless phone, but most of the cordless phones have either an external answerphone system, or do not say that they are compatible with the sky answerphone facilities.
I am sure that this is a relatively common problem, but I’m struggling to find a solution! Could anybody help please?
