My DP has forgotten his hotmail password. He's still logged in on his phone but can't log in anywhere else.
His secondary email is from a previous job so no longer works.
He has tried password recovery and filled in the form (because he has access he can still answer about recent mails etc). He got an email saying that his data was right and with a link to recovering his access. But that took him to Microsoft live login and that says there is no record of him having an account. There's no where to ho from there.
It's possible that it's such an old hotmail account he didn't have a Microsoft account (must be 20 years old I think). Or else it's been deleted because he didn't log in.
Sorry for the essay but we've tried everything and after 20 years his whole life is on that address. Any help hugely appreciated.
