So today I deleted my old Snapchat account and created a new one at 18:30. Then, after going off it about 20:30, I check it at 22:30 and my account is locked. I do not understand why:
- I verified my email
- I never sent any offensive messages
- I’ve never used a third party app
I then filled in the Snapchat support form - when will I receive a reply back.
I asked for support on Twitter - they sent me a generic message and then said “Sorry! We are unable to unlock your account at this time”.
I keep trying to log in, and it fails. When I try to unlock the account on the website, it won’t let me.
Can anyone help me - URGENTLY?
