Please could someone help. I'm not very techy!!
I've lost my calendar on i phone. Or most of it.
I don't know how much of this is relevant by I don't want to drip feed:
I have a very old BT Internet.com email account that I've had since in the 90s which since transferred over to yahoo.
Dh got an email to say my account was suspended. Hacked?
I received emails but couldn't send.
I changed password.
I lost my calendar so we had a back up from the iCloud which we restored. It had 3 recent back ups : 1 from 2 days ago, one from 4 days ago and 1 from 20 days ago.
but it only gave me like 5% of my calendar : say my work days and wedding anniversary ! Nothing else. Nothing else for the last 2 years!
I log onto the laptop and go into my Yahoo email account and I can see a calendar there and it has a lot of information on : holidays, DS's football matches, appointments I've had with potential clients in the last 6 mths: it has about 75% ? of my calendar.
So if I could just sync that with what is on my phone I'd have 80%?
But where is the other 20%?
I ring Apple and they say they can't help because they need my BT server address I ring BT they say they can't give me that information.
Maybe because I have ..... embarrassingly 1000 photos on My phone? It hasn't backed up properly.
My husband does a plug in back up of my phone twice a year?
Where is my data!
My calendar? Or calendars?
Why aren't they syncing? Where's the back ups?
What a mess.
