Email help

We have a work email and companies send us important invoices along with copious amounts of crap.
I'm missing important stuff.
Is it possible to set up something like [email protected] for example.

I've tried googling but I don't know what I'm looking for tbh.
Or any other good ideas, for example I don't know if suppliers can handle two emails.

If you have your own domain name for a website and email you should be able to setup any email address you like. If you're using a free service like gmail or yahoo and are using their domain name anything you want is probably taken already.
