Friend request on FB

Today I have received a FB friend request from the woman my STBXH left me for. I took a screenshot of the request and sent it to my STBXH with a message saying this is unacceptable.

He responded saying she hadn’t sent the friend request and her FB account must have been hacked.

Could this be the case? I’m thinking she was stalking me on FB and inadvertently sent the friend request.

Can anyone solve this mystery?

I'd say stalking is likely. Block them.

She's probably stalking you and seeing what she can find on your profile. I bet she accidentally sent a FR. Easily done.

'Been hacked?' no way. She was waltzing around FB found you and accidentally hit friend request - actually reasonably possible.

Yep, accidental request, very easy to do on a phone. I've done it myself, I was mortified but think I managed to cancel it before they saw it.
