Thumbnails for YouTube

Evening guys

I’m currently using canva to produce thumbnails for my YouTube videos but find they don’t look particularly sharp or clear. What do you use or recommend?

I used to use Canva to create YouTube thumbnails. But now I am using Photoshop for this.

I am a beginner YouTuber, so I use a special service to create thumbnail for youtube. I have no experience with Photoshop or any other image editor.
