Best Vlogging camera

My daughter has asked for a camera to begin Vlogging with. I have no clue where to start. Any suggestions please?

I don't know any specific models but I would have thought that you need one with a screen which flips up 180degrees above the camera.....so when you're looking st the lens you can see yourself on the screen if that makes sense.

You could have a look at some vloggers like Jazzybum, Tanya Burr or Zoella and I think they put on their video descriptions what camera they use.
