Im really hoping there is someone lovely here who will save my ass.
Tried printing for the first time from my macbook air today and I'm ready to throw it at a wall.
I have an Epsom 225 and always worked fine with other laptops. Everytime I press print it comes up with the error message "filter failed". I just don't understand.
I printed out half a doc this morning. Been trying ever since and nothing. Zilch. Nada.
I have changed all ink, deleted and re added the printer several times to no avail. Please god help me in a way that doesn't sound massively overcomplicated, My kids are too young to start showing me these things yet.
