Help please with air printer??

We have an epson xp 212 air printer, and it now won't connect to anything since we changed internet providers.
Arrggghhhhh! Dh spent most of yesterday trying to figure it out, but everything just says ' printer is offline' or ' check your device and printer are connected to the same netwoerk' but it doesn't tell you HOW to do that!
Can anyone help? Dd doing a levels this year, and we cannot do without a bloody printer.
Bloody technology.
Am tempted to go buy a cheap one that plugs in to the damn laptop, but indeed to print from my iPad!
Can anyone offer some ideas? Please?

Check your printer set up menu and ensure you have selected your wifi hub and entered its password.

Thanks, can't even do that!! I'm sure when we first got it it found the wifi automatically, but the wifi on the printer isn't staying on long enough to solve the bloody issue!!

Have you added the printer to the network?
Try and do it on the laptop. Control panel, devices and networks or something.
Maybe switch router off and on again?
We have a cheapy AirPrint one and sometimes it just plays up, disappears from my ipad.
