Tattoo cover up

Hi, ive got a tattoo on my upper back that I really dont like any more.... ii can't afford a cover up or laser removal at the moment but can anyone recommend a cover up make up pls. Ive searched online but there's so many and I don't want to waste money on a rubbish one.

If its on your back can you reach it to cover it up? Also is it really visible to others?

I can't but I dont always wear open back tops. Its very visible where it is
