Looking for a tattooist in W Midlands. Could travel to London for the right one

I would like a fine line tattoo of a wren to mark end of cancer treatment. I have a clear vision but haven’t found the right person yet

Nice topic, i know some studios in Ireland with very good reputation. In Cork, you can find great tattoo artists which specialised in fine line tattoo.
