Tattoo help -first timer and nervous!

Hello!

I'm getting my first tattoo on Saturday, the outline of a mountain range, 6cm across and it will be on the side of my body, sitting under my bra strap. How painful are tattoos in that area of the body? Will it bleed a lot? It’s outlines, nothing coloured in etc

Just an outline won't take too long. I don't have any in that area but it's reported that ribs are a painful place. As for bleeding, mine has always been negligible and my artist also has a spray that stops any bleeding instantly.

Other general advice is make sure you eat something before your appointment, like a sandwich and take something sugary with you. I usually have full sugar coke and chocolate. Don't be afraid to ask if you can have it done lying down if you feel woozy. Good luck!
