Getting a tattoo - moles

I am after some advice. I have an appointment to get a new tattoo in a few months. I haven't finalised the details of it all yet, so haven't discussed in detail with the artist. I have a couple of moles where I would like the tattoo. Will that be a problem? They aren't the tiny flat moles but are by no means big either. Will it be OK for her to just tattoo around them?

I've never had a problem! Any good tattoo artist will find a way to work around them
I've always asked my artist to try and leave a little room should I ever need the mole removing (but frankly if I ever had to have it removed, I wouldn't be worried about my tattoos)

I just go around them

My partners got a sleeve done and they've just gone around the moles..you can't tell they've been gone around they all blend into the tattoo

Oh fab - thank you! I've always been a bit self conscious about these moles so this is going to be weird (that's not the reason I'm getting the tattoo, I originally wanted it so.ewhere else but couldn't for various reasons).
