Design help please!

I really like this design (for collar bone) but not 100% sure on the flower and leaf at the end but not sure what to replace it with? Or I'm thinking the flower will look better in black and no leaf?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

One immediate thought l have is that the small red piece is likely to darken with age and likely to appear little different in colour to the rest.
