Tattoo cover up gone wrong..?

I had a tattoo done that was a complete cock up. I had it refine and it looked great, but now a week later it's gone a bit odd especially around the heart?
Anyone any ideas? Is it part of the healing.. or what?

It looks like blowout to me. Often due to an artist pressing too hard, although on v thin skin (like the underside of your bicep) blowout can occur just because of the skin being thin.

It's permanent I'm afraid so short of getting an actual cover up by a much better artist, or getting them to thicken the lines to cover it (again with better/more experienced tattooist) there's not a lot that can be done.

It will fade during time it happens to most people, tattoo's fade during time I wouldn't worry about it I have loads and yes it is part of the healing process

Thank you both. It's looking better today, the scab fell off while I was in the bath last night and now it looks better so I think it's just because it is still healing.
