Belly button pierced when overweight?

I'm booked in to get my belly button pierced tomorrow. Always wanted it done but as I'm overweight I've never had the confidence but I've decided to say f* it and do it.

Now I'm panicking incase they won't do it on a larger person? On their Facebook page they have a couple of photos but it's really skinny people.

Anyone else pierced with a big belly? 🙈

Did it hurt? I really wanted mine done as a 40th birthday present to myself but I’m a bit of a wuss!

@enjoyingscience its a quick pinch, but the adrenaline is something else, I left wondering what I could get pierced next. Luckily it wore off.

Honestly wasn't that sore at all! Just a pinch and it was over so quick.

I've been thinking of getting mine done too but my weight has been putting me off. I had it pierced when I was 18 butgot infected and I took it out. Now at 40 I'd like it done again but worry it will look silly on me now that I've put so much weight on. Maybe I should just go for it
