Help! Is this weird? Pic attached

I have a tattoo of small birds and I m thinking of getting birth flowers- originally on my other arm.
im now wondering if I can combine them- but does it look weird because the scale of the birds and flowers is so different? Please advise!

My birds are like the smallest ones and I’m not planning on adding more birds

I do t think it looks great like that because of the scale but I think a good tattoo artist should be able to make a scene with the flowers in the foreground and birds in the distance to link the two parts together. X

I think it would look really good with the large flower (rose) where it is in the illustration, and the two smaller flowers underneath it, one either side, rather than up where the birds are, iyswim!

I meant to put a ? after rose, as I wasn’t quite sure!

Yes, I think that it would look more ‘balanced’ with the birds over the larger flower and the two smaller flowers underneath, rather than the small flowers being in among the birds. That’s just me, though! Go with what you think would work. I’m sure it will look lovely!

I would recommend looking around at other design ideas to get some more insight. There are tons of sites dedicated to showing the work of top tattoo artists (I like this one: https://greatest.ink/), so you can shop around and get some ideas. :)
